Stage

• $1,500 per day rental
• $750 per load-in/rehearsal day

Audio visual fees

• Stage manager — $60 per hour
• Lighting director — $60 per hour
• Sound engineer — $60 per hour
• Stage hands — $45 per hour (guaranteed four-hour minimum, on load-in and load-out)
• Follow spot operator — $15 per hour/per member
• Film projectionist — $250 per event/per day/per film
• Electrician — $50 per hour (four-hour minimum)
• Rigger — $50 per hour (four-hour minimum)
• Monitor engineer — $60 per hour (four-hour minimum)
• Digital projection — $250 per event
• DVD recording — $100 for master disc, single camera wide shot
• Lighting design — $1,000 per design

Technical/stage hand staff

• Trustees Theater is a professional theater house. Labor rates vary depending on skill level needed. A detailed technical quote will be generated upon request.
• An increased rate is used for recording or broadcast. Overtime rates apply on holidays or after eight hours.

Facility

• Housekeeping — $25 per hour/per person (two-person, four-hour minimum)

Event

• House manager — $20 per hour
• Security — $26 per hour/per event/per officer (four-hour minimum, time and a half on Sundays and holidays)
• Ushers — $13/usher/hour/event (four-hour minimum)

SCAD Box Office fees

• Ticket charge — $4.50 service charge per ticket issued will be deducted from gross revenue
• Sales tax — 7% sales tax deducted from gross revenue
• Customer service fee — See ticketing agreement

Outside of normal box office hours: Monday-Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and one hour prior to each event, the following fees apply (does not include holidays):
Ticket sellers — $15 per hour (four-hour minimum, does not include Sundays or holidays)
