$2,500 per event day (starting base price)

Technical/stagehand staff

• Trustees Theater is a professional theater house. Labor rates vary on skill needs.
• An increased rate will be used for recording or broadcast. Additionally, overtime rates apply on holidays.
• Use of house equipment included in venue rental. All events are also subject to a minimum $1,000 tech director fee.

Additional facility/events fees

Housekeeping, house management, and security are not included in the base rental price and will be charged at an hourly rate, as completed. Lessees will receive a quote.

SCAD Box Office fees

Any ticketed events at Trustees Theater are required to use the SCAD Box Office.

• Ticket charge — A $1.50 to $4.50 service charge, depending on ticket pricing, per ticket issued will be deducted from gross revenue.
• Sales tax — 7% sales tax is deducted from gross revenue.
• Customer service fee — Additional information is found in the ticketing agreement.
